Suggest Remedy For Symptoms Of Seizure, Vomiting, Headaches And Loss Of Bladder Control While Being On Minax And Warfin

Hi my dad is on Minax 50, he now has serve hand shakes, he is always tired, He don t want to shower daily. Sometimes I think he is giving up. He was always a man who showered daily , Worked 7 days a week, very strong very healthy, . But not now he often has headaches, he has symptoms like a seizure , vomits . Also loss of bladder control. He is on Warfin , & has had his 2nd back op. We really scared cos it is just not like him. please help.
