Suggest Remedy For Tear In Anal Area With Bowel Movements

Have a tiny tear inside opening of my anus. I am on Valtrex daily. I have not had sign of an outbreak near anal area since primary outbreak 12 years ago. I have outbreak near my vagina. I had a period of constipation followed by a very large bowel movement the same day I noticed the tear. I have daily sex with anal fingering as well. Is this herpes or anal fissure?
