Hello thanks for asking from HCM

The symptoms like tension, tiredness, reduced concentration, repeated fights etc could occur due to depression. Over affection to your friend and repeated fighting followed by fighting could be occurring due to depression. Underlying depression is resulting in dependence and consequent fights. I would advise you to speak to a counsellor and try to come out of your abnormal faulty thought processes.

If even after visiting a psychologist or counsellor such symptoms persist then consult a psychiatrist. Short term use of antidepressant drugs like SSRIs or SNRIs can help to stabilise your mood and you will feel better.

Thanks, hope this helps you.
