Always at home for dinner which is almost always homecooked. i drink rarely. i take no meds except a multivitamen. i have no history. even in school i had to force myself to partici ate in sports, i took the greatest challenge i could think of and went us army airborn iserved honorably...but after 42 years of this i no it isnt normal. everyday i have to force myself as pleasantly as possible so no one will suspect. i just feel like it shouldnt be this way everyday

hi there, it may just be the normal process of aging. The fatigue or tiredness could be a real medical condition due to low hormone levels of thyroid so it would be good if you got your thyroid profile done, also get a thorough blood test done for your hemoglobin levels counts and lipid profile and a urine test. These will help you rule out any major medical condition. Or it could be a psychosomatic condition which could occur due to lack of motivation, monotony of daily routine or lack of interest in the activity you have to do every day. You could try taking up yoga or join some interesting group, follow a hobby or pick up playing an instrument or doing anything that interests you rather than the routine chores. You could also talk to a therapist or a good friend about it. It is nothing to be ashamed about. Take care
