Suggest Remedy For Turbinate Hypertrophy In Eye

Hello I am Rakesh (age 28). I have cold since one month and feeling pain on upper side of the left eye and observe little swelling. I consulted ENT specialist and went of PNS CT Scan on his suggestion. The report say IMPRESSION: 1. DNS Towards Left Side with bony spur to right side.2. Bilateral Inferior Turbinate Hypertrophy.Can you please suggest me the best treatment to get relief?

Both the condition requires surgery to be done by ent doctor. In the mean time you can take some nasal decongestant and analgesic. like nasi bion nasal drop and hifenacp tablet for ten days.
