Suggest Remedy For Unable To Find Words When Speaking

62 yo male, for 2 years now (since being retired and losing mother due to long illness), having issues finding words when speaking, NO memory problems, NO odd behavior, NO issues with daily routines, NO confusion, simply the words don t come out when speaking, they eventually do come out but most sentences are blocked.

Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.


It is called Word finding difficulty . It is most commonly due to stroke . I advise you to get a MRI Brain and Lipid Profile for the patient.

If the diagnosis of Stroke gets confirmed then the patient has to be started on Anti platelet drugs like Aspirin and Cholesterol lowering medicines also.
