Suggest Remedy For Upper Abdominal Pain,swelling And Belching

I had upper abdominal pain in the middle for quite some time but it was more like an attack it goes away in like 10 mins after taking zantac well latley for about a month now i got persistent pain in the same area some swelling and the abdomen is very tender to touch. Whatever i eat im in pain i belch excessivley and the pain radiates to the back like a sharp stab. What could be wrong with me?

Hello,

Abdominal pain and belching may be due to gastritis or acid peptic disease or infection or food intolerance etc.

Also pancreatitis or gastric outlet obstruction may also present like this. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
