Suggest Remedy For Urinary Problems

My 9 year old granddaughter has been plagued with urinary problems since potty trained. She s had frequent UTI s, cloudy urine, blood in the urine, and foul smelling urine. She also soils her pants on a daily basis. Sometimes worse than others. She has been checked by several doctors, but her mother never follows up or finishes medications. She has poor hygiene, and I just recently discovered she doesn t wipe after urination. I am caring for her several days a week during the summer and need to know how to proceed to get her help.( Parents are divorced and I care for her and her two brothers while my son is at work.) There is no history of diabetes or bed wetting/ inappropriate soiling in our family. I don t know about the mother s family. Thank you.
