Suggest Remedy For Urinary Retention

I can urinate, but it doesn t all seem to come out. I always feel like there is still a little left in my urethra and I have to wait a few minutes, sit down, relax my muscles and wait for the final few cc s to come out. This has been going on since I had my son 15 months ago, during which I had a foley cath in and I m wondering what could be causing it? Could it be damage from the cath? Or something else?

or without urinary sphincter - bladder prolapse ( cystocele ) - others
