Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Dryness

I have never had this problem up until a month ago I started using replenish for dryness, and I started shedding large amounts of what research tells me is dead skin cells. However how long is this going to last, I am no where near shedding the large amounts as I was, also I am not 2 weeks into premarin and I can feel moisture in vaginal area, but I still am concern of the one or two small amounts of supposedly dry dead skin shedding . What do you think ?

Hi,

It may be due to hormonal changes and generally will settle by itself.

As the first line management, you can try estrogen creams for symptomatic relief.

If dryness persists, you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
