Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Lumps

I have small prickly small lumps in my vaginal wall I only notice them yesterday. I felt the uncomfortable itching. i though it was a vaginal .yeast infection so I bought some treatment however when I put my finger to check I fell a bunch of small prickly lumps, What can it be?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having yeast infection super added with bacterial infection.
Apply triple acting cream locally.
Keep localhygiene clean, dry and airy.
