Suggest Remedy For Vomiting With Pale & Dark Circles

Hello. I have an 8 year old who has been vomiting, is pale and has dark circles, but no other symptoms. Sometimes he complains that his chest hurts, just tonight it was right before he vomited. I am just a little worried. Also, just an fyi, he takes adderall and synthroid.

* This is in relation with drug induced gastritis or intestine infection .

* Recommendations at present

- Avoid adderall at present .
- Anti emetic syrup according to the weight criteria with sips of water on
empty stomach .
- Allow plenty of liquids in sessions .

- Offer soft , light diet at intervals .
- Avoid oily , spicy , dairy fat , hot beverages .
- Consult later doctor if required for further antibiotic assistance .
