Suggest Remedy For Waist And Back Pains

I am a 16 year university sophomore. In the past I have been suffering from series of waist and back pains. I lost my virginity last month, it wasn t really like sex cause when he tried going in that was when the blood came grushing down it was so painful and then it was like I just realized what was going on so I stopped everything, we were about to have sex standing up. When I got back to my dorm I started having a very sharp stingy pain round my waist I couldn t move nor stand up, it went on for a while and later stopped and now the pain is back. Please what is the cause and what should I do, I m getting really scared beacuase I m not even sure that me losing my virginity is the cause of the problem, help me!!!

Hi,
From history it seems that due to change of your sex position and doing sex while standing position there might be having heavy strain on your back muscles leading to spasm giving this problem.
Try to go for easy sex in the bed in supine position.
