Suggest Remedy For Weakness In Secondary Demyelination

HELLO SIR/MADAM MY FATHER IS 55 YEARS OLD his mri and ct scan shows the possibility of secondary demyelination would have to be considered . possibility of pml should also be excluded. infective, vascular or neoplastic etiology seems unlikely. ..........n in his blood report he is also have hiv disease . in present condition he is not able to walk ,talk, n his body is not in his control .he is poorly weak and not able to take food from mouth .....
so i need ur help what we can do in this condition about weekness ..........
