Hi, Apparently it seems that you are under weight and having some mal nourishment leading to lack of over all muscle mass in the body due to hypoprotenemia and less fat. So most important is to have more and more protein diet with good amount of fat as well. If less protein is there in diet there is no use of doing facial exercise. So increase your weight with high protein and fat and good amount of carbohydrates and gain positive calorie value which will lead to increase muscle mass and your cheek region area. Take multivitamin supplements with appetite improving medicine like Cyproheptidine after consulting your doctor. Take milk, butter, ghee, pulses, cheese, panier etc. Ok and take care.
