Hello, I can understand your concern and admire your positive outlook towards your health. This is the most common problem women are facing after delivery. In simple words, if you have delivered normally, then you can loose weight by simple life style modifications like doing regular walking for at least 20 minutes a day, have a protein rich diet and healthy diet, avoid oily and junk food, Do meditation for at least 20 minutes a day, etc. You can also join a gym after 4 months and get help of a trainer. If you are delivered by C-section, then you will have to wait for at least 4 months before doing any strenuous exercise, but you can do meditation, eat protein rich healthy diet for 4 months and then you can join a gym and do work outs. All these will not affect baby feeding, so don't worry about it. Hope this answers your question and let me know if you have any further queries. Wish you a best health.
