hello Dr i am a mother of one child 5 years old and ever since i had him i gained a lot of weight i live in egypt so i dont have access to all the remedies you may give me i am desperate and really hate my self i dont even brush my hair any more pleae help

See, women gain weight during pregnancy and lactation. This is quite normal and happens with everyone. But you could not lose weight following that, and hence that is the concern.
Dont be desperate and obviously there is no reason to hate yourself.
You have not told me your age, height and weight. It would be easier for me to calculate your BMI with those information and i can tell you how much weight you need to lose.
For now, do the following-
Avoid fatty and oily food
Take small frequent meal rather than heavy meals
Do exercise like jogging, cycling etc for better metabolism
Visit a DIETITIAN for a diet chart that you can follow
