Suggest Remedy For Yellow Hard Bowels In Infants

My daughter just started drinking cow's milk about a week or two ago. She's 1. Since then she is having huge yellowish hard bowel movements she can't seem to pass without help. She just screams in pain and bleeds. How can I alleviate this? Could she be allergic to Cow's Milk?

Hello,

Stool variations may be common in infants. But hard stools to be treated in case of bleeding.

Feed him with cooked carrot or mashed potatoes. Use laxatives under your pediatrician advice.

It may be due to cows milk or normal variant or dehydration etc.

Please consult your pediatrician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
