Suggest Remedy From Frequent Runny Nose And Sore Throat

I am Revi, 33 yrs, 158 cm, male, suffering from minor allergy problems since childhood with no serious outcomes. Till the last 1 year there used to be only running noses and sore throats for an average of 2 times in a month with at least one time getting serious enough for sinusitis build up and requiring medical help though antibiotics. However since the last one year i have been continuosly having sore throat with myself not able to take voice properly. My family doctor had prescribed Montek LC for 3 months. On taking the tablets i find good improvement in the symptoms. However after having taken it for 1 month i find that the symptoms arise even if i skip the treatment for one day. As such kindly advice if the same may be continued and that too with less or no side effects??
