Suggest Remedy To Clear Blocked Feeling In Throat

Hi Doctor, I am having uneasiness in throat. I feel like something is present in throat. The gas is being stopped in throat while coming out from stomach. I thought it will slowly get recovered. It started 42 hours back but no signs of recovery. Please advise. - adithya
