Hi
Joubert's syndrome is a disease of cerebellum, an area of the brain that controls balance and coordination. It is not linked with liver disease. Your friend is likely to be suffering from some other syndrome. May be you wanted to write Gilbert syndrome or something else ?
You can contact again with the correct diagnosis.
Thank you
