Suggest Remedy To Get Rid Of Burning Sensation While Urinating

I have had many UTIs in the past. I went to a urologist and had a procedure done that didn't show anything our of the ordinary. He said that I might have IC. I changed my diet, I don't urinate all the time, but I have a constant burning that AZO and Prosed/DS doesn't take away. What will help and could it be something else.

Hello,

The burning while urinating can be of various origin as:
- Recurrent urine infection (drug-resistant)
- Gravels or calculus in the urinary system
- Narrowing of urethra
- Urine pH related issue
- Low immunity
- Sexually transmitted problems
- Diabetes
- Others.
A systemic approach to evaluating the case with a thorough history, physical examination, series of laboratory, and radiology evaluation is mandatory to figure out the final line of management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
