Hi Mr.Jamaluddin,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the laboratory report you have enclosed, the following inferences can be drawn.
Ultrasound of scrotum states that the testis and epididymis on the left side is anatomically normal. Prostate gland is also normal. There is a simple cyst present in the right epididymis, which generally does not cause much problems.
Biochemical parameters namely TSH, Prolactin,
Testosterone and FSH levels are within reference range and hence your hormone status can be considered to be normal.
Since you had bilateral varicocele, it might have contributed to
sperm motility being around 5%.
Now that it has been operated upon, kindly take medications containing L-carnitine,
alpha lipoic acid, CoQ10, Lecithin, Vitamin E, Selenium and Zinc for a month, as these substances act as nutrient for the sperms.
You need to repeat
semen analysis to know for the improvement.
Kindly
consult Infertility specialist with the report for appropriate management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
