Suggest Remedy To Loose Weight

I am a type 1 diabetic with hypothyroidism, PCOS, and insulin resistance. I currently take synthroid, novolog, metformin, and femcon to treat these conditions (as well as simvastatin, zoloft (going off soon), Vitamin D, and Enalapril Maleate.) I eat pretty healthy and exercise regularly (at leat 3 days a week at the gym) but I can t seem to lose weight. What else can I do?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible conditions and medications may be impacting on your ability to lose weight possibly zoloft.
There are other antidepressants that are not associated with this effect and some may actually help with weight loss.

You may want to speak to your doctor to see if a change is possible. It may or may not be possible.

If your thyroid hormone levels are low, this would also impact on your weight.

In addition, you should consider seeking help for your weight loss. It can be difficult to lose weight on your own.
There are 2 main types of diet: (1)low fat/low calorie diet and (2)low carb diet

You can choose the option that best suits you and stick to it as much as possible.

I hope this helps
