hi mii name is minnie(no pun intended) i am a vry small person with a vry big problem
im only 5'2 and weight 170 pounds i dn't know why i can't lose weight but i just can't
now don't get me wrong im not one of those ppl that complain and never actually do something i walk regulaerly with mii mother(for her blood sugar levels) eat properly lost of fruites and veggies not so much meat (not a big fan of red meat neway) but haven't been able to lose a single pound (no really i have been on the same weight range for about three years now from 165-170 it never goes higher *thank god but sadly never goes lower either it stays in that range
what am i doing wrong y can't i just get healthier

All these questions are asked to count your total energy expenditure first in the whole day,then I can help you give a diet plan ,surely you can loose your weight following the proper diet plan.
