First of all control her diet ,because she is just 18 years and over weight .
She require only 1500 calories / day (
carbohydrate 100 gm have 450-550 calories, protein 100 gm 550-700 , fat 100 gm 900 calories ).
So add some minerals and vitamin in her food.
Now you yourself adjust the
diet plan for your daughter.
2nd option is regular 1 hour exercise /day twice in day for 6 a days in a week.
3 rd option is
liposuction ( removal of excess of fat from abdomen , thigh and buttocks.
Lemon juice on empty stomach with lukewarm water for 5-6 months also help.
The last option is
orlistat 120 mg twice in day after fatty food for 6 months .
This is a prescription drug so consult a physician and get a prescription.
