Suggest Remedy To Lose Weight And Stop Bloating Of Stomach After Eating

Good afternoon. Although at a healthy weight, I need to lose a few (5) pounds for my wedding but I am really struggling. I also feel very bloated after eating pretty much anything, including drinking tea and eating vegetables. I have cut down on my dairy intake but still have milk in my tea sometimes and eat small amounts of yoghurt. I feel uncomfortably bloated after my evening meal, even though my portion sizes are small. Do you have any advice? I weigh 8st 8lbs but need to get down to 8st 2. I am exercising regularly and eat clean foods, hardly any red meat, lots of veg, nuts, seeds, but the weight just isn't coming off!!

hello there,
Do you have chinese foods or any foods rich in sauces? Soy sauce, Pickles, Soups containing MSG all of them contain sodium which makes you feel bloated. Try having bananas or coconut water in your diet. These would reduce your bloating. Secondly do not go hungry for long and then have food. Instead have something to nibble on every 2 hours. Could be a fruit or a handful of peanuts or yoghurt or salad.

Hope this helps,
Please feel free to talk to me if you have any further questions,
