Suggest Remedy To Lose Weight Quickly

I'm stressed out! I feel the more stressed I am the fatter I get , and I mean ..I'm getting fatter by the second.I weigh 280 and I'm 5'6. No one can believe I weigh that much,I defiantly have a LOT of muscle.. But I'm not trying to fool my self I'm overweight,I look about 230 pounds and I 5'6. I'm always hungry,I've tried everything! Recently I lost 45 pounds in one month but gained it all back. i didn't do anything to loose it,just was stress-free . What can someone my size do to loose the most amount of weight the fastest? Its making me depressed more and more,I need to stop this!

You should take it step by step. It is a way of living not a moment ally thing. You should eat an equilibrated diet full of proteins such as eggs milk chicken vegetables and fruits and less carbohydrates. Don't forget to train every day. You should do weight lifting, don't be afraid you will not look like a man because you don't have as much testosterone as a man have. The more muscle you gain the more calories you will burn.
