Suggest Remedy To Lose Weight While Having Diabetes

I have lost alot of weight for a woman who at her heaviest is only 116 pound I have lost 14 now I have changed my diet due to diabetes and stoped all sugar all soda and am eating healther trying to get my sugar under controll as of this time it is still a rollercoster from 70 to 300 and all over in between

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, I suggest you do not try too hard loose more weight. If you try too hard, you might end my hypoglycemic, and that is not good your you.
At this stage of your diabetes control, you must focus on regular, small meals every 2-4 hrs and avoid any type of "sit down" lunch or dinner. Small regular meals will maintain your sugar levels over a longer period and will assist you to loose weight as well. Do a regular HbA1c tests every 3 months to understand your sugar control better and do not completely rely on single values.
