Suggest Remedy To Prevent Cold Causing Nose Congestion In Winter
sir, i am 28 year old male person, sufferring in nasal conjaction. in cold seasion i can t take breath by nose, most of time i take breath by mouth sinces 7 years. i simple take antibiatics ie. doxy cycline, nasal drop in nose. but i can t cure, plz help

It may be due to sinusitis or allergic rhinitis. You may require antiallergic histamines, nasal spray after ENT consultation. Keep your self warm, keep your self well hydrated. Take steam inhalation.
