Suggest Remedy To Prevent White Spots On Body After Tanning

Dear Dr, Each summer time , I face the white spots on my body (shoulders and Chest ) it s probably from sun and tanning coz it is only appearing after the tanning in few days , it look the 2nd day after tanning like dehydration spots , than the 3rd day it goes white .can I have a solution and without advising me not to tan pls! Hi.
As per your case history you are having pityriasis versicolor.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
