Suggest Remedy To Reduce The Abdomen Fat

i, my I answe our health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I am 20 year old girl weighing around 75kgs and I also have a bulging tummy which I have started feeling ashamed of.Pls recommend me a diet and also some exercise so as to loose my tummy(very embarrasing) and also to loose my weight.

Hi dear,hope you are fine.
Please mention your height then I can let you know your ideal weight and how much weight you need to lose. Go for walk regularly for 30 minutes and it much better if you do exercise for same duration daily or at least 5 times in a week. If you need to modify your life style like regular physical activity, having healthy diet, having frequent meals at same time daily , just cut off all junk foods,sugary stuffs, refined and processed foods from your diet. And in healthy diet go for oats,wheat flakes with skimmed milk ,fresh fruits and nuts in breakfast which is known balanced and complete breakfast, you can include whole wheat grains or whole multi grains ,pulses, beans, peas, vegetables in lunch and dinner and have fruits and nuts as snacks. These changes will help you to reduce your weight .And stick to healthy lifestyle to cause long term effect and best key mantra to have healthy weight.
