Suggest Remedy To Relieve Tension Knots On The Back

exremely painful tension knots all over my back since about the first of the year i have had an over load of stress for one person. fast forward a few months to july when i devoirced my husband, a week later my brother whom i was very close to was murdered, my mother was evicted, i moved her & her husband, my uncle and my cusin along with me into a 4bedroom house, and have been nonstop fight with my mother (it even got physical once); i am moving out the 1st of december... however, since about june i have been having tension knots that are so painful i cant move at times. i manly noticed the knots forming or getting worse when i would think about or be in a overstressed situation. i have tried homeremidies manly like CAPSAICIN (0.15% TOPICAL ANALGESIC) fallowed immediatly with a muscle rub creme (active ingredients: 30% METHYL SALICYLATE, 10% MENTHOL, 4% CAMPHOR) which does the trick for a day or two tops, the other thing which has become a daily routine now is my cusin rubbing these knots out as hard as he possibly can push leaving my back tender and sour at the end of the day. i have tried muscle relaxors but both kinds didnt seem to do any help and the first kind (flexirl i think) gave me leg spasams. the other one didnot give me the spasams but didnt do much to releve any tightness that i could notice. what is there to do? help please! my back! i cant do anything for too long besides lay ddown! and what kinda life is that? nune i tell you! nune! sitting more than 20mins at a time kills me! *oh it not just the back muscles, the front & back shoulder muscle along with the neck... all the way up my kneck to my bone and sometimes it gets tight under the bone and it feels like massive intence pressure on my brain and i almost want to call a ambulance! if no one would be around to rubb it out i probably will one day if i cant fix this problem!*** i have no change in medication, no change in diet or excersice, i have lost alot of weight 120lbs since december 2010-until now. recently i was in the emergincy room for a GI BLEED alot of blood dark red & 2 big clots the said about 2-3oz of blood. but after a basic & simple rectal check and catscan (*i think... the big round thing you got hold your breath a few times throughout the prosses) they determined nothing was wrong, and if it was only all blood to come back, but if i was majorly concered to get a colinoscopy with my normal doctor. *havent got a normal doctor quite yet, just moved*. my bowl movements are normal for me at least but i go maybe 4-7times a month regular good bowl movements but when im on my mestral cycle i have diharrieh for the whole 5-9days. it has been that way since i was 11 though (im 26 now) (5 1 /161.2lbs)

Hi,

Considering all of your background, a good alternative could be to look for integrative medicine. In this way, you could try out segmental neural therapy as an adjuvant therapy to control pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
