Suggest Remedy To Stop Bleeding And Pain While Passing Stool

Hellow doctor, I am 28 yrs old and weigh 46kg.For the last few days i am facing problems while passing of stool. It has hardened and i have to strain a lot for make it pass. Also i think i have a problem with internal piles too. There is a lump and it bleeds when the stool is passed. Because i have to strain a lot for stool passing there are wounds and it is very painful. Can u pl suggest a remedy?

Dear you are most probably having hemorrhoids. You should use. Tab. Daflon 500mg 1+1
Ispaghula Husk 2 tsf x tds.
Avoid constipation. Take lot of water. Follow up with me after 3 weeks
