Suggest Remedy To Stop Bleeding Due To Indigestion

Hi. I get indigestion at least 4 times a week. Usually about an hour after I start work (I am a care worker) then yesterday after being asleep half the night i woke with indigestion really bad so I tried to bring the acid up but it was pure blood coming up.s

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Pure blood in induced vomiting can be due to tear in the lower esophago-gastric junction called as Mallory Weiss syndrome or an ulcer or esophageal varices.
I would advise you the following in such a situation.
Rush to ER, you may need urgent Upper GI Endoscopy to know the cause hence the proper medications or surgical procedure can be done.
Indigestion can be due to an intestinal infection or pancreatic insufficiency.
Get the tests of blood, stool, ultrasonography and any other investigations as suggested by your Doctor.
Additional treatment would be a PPI like Omeprazole, antacid, Pancreatic enzyme supplements antibiotic if needed and as required.
