Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

She may be suffering from hemorrhods or fissure in ano or rectal polyps or malignancy.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Give her high fibre diet, use syrp Cremaffin plus. Use pilex cream locally. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine locally and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
