Suggest Remedy To Stop Sneezing

sir iam suffered from cold and sneezing from last 1 year due to this use to wake up in nights i consulted a doctor who gave me citezine but it stops sneezing only for the period it is taken is there any permanent traetmant of sneezing it also causes irritation in eyes with sneezing

Thanks for writing in.

You may need to protect yourself from any dust or pollen you are allergic to. Taking adequate amounts of fluids may help to keep you hydrated. The nasal passages need to be kept clear regularly and this can be done by regularly and gently blowing your nose if mucus or irritants are present. Try to avoid dry environments as this gives rise to irritation of the nose leading to sneezing. A blood test for eosinophil count may also be done.
