hi sir, i m naren 26yrs of age, posterior IVdisc bulges at L3-L4,L4-L5 causing indentation over thecal sac and mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. i v been facing this problem for more than 9yrs, i get severe pain at buttocks area and during masterbation, plz help me sir.thankyou. YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

If these disc bulges are causing you significant symptoms, surgery (decompression) should be considered. Get a new lumbar spine MRI in order to see if there is progression. Discuss with a spine Specialist in your area for these issues.
