Suggest Safe And Proper Way To Remove Pubic Hair

Hi there, I have recently started looking up the proper way to remove scrotum / pubic hair and yet I am not sure which way is the safest way to remove them, Can you please help me on this for I dearly wish to know before start doing something that might cause either ingrow hair else irritation. -Johan
