Hello,

Burping may be due to many causes like acute gastritis or IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) or food Intolerance or Irritable bowel syndrome or infection or altered flora or swallowing of air et cetera.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking, caffeine drinks, dairy products and gluten contains food. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
