Suggest Safe Pain Relief Medication That Can Be Taken Before A Colonoscopy

I am having a colonoscopy and an upper GI on Tuesday morning. I understand I cannot take any ibuprofen today, tomorrow or Monday. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis. What can I take for the pain instead? I also take Ritalin, Synthroid, Prilosec, Lexapro, Elavil, Robaxin and the supplements: Calcium + D, Probiotic, L-Lysine, B-Complex, Glucosamine/Condroitin, Multi-vitamin, Magnesium and a stool softener. Should I discontinue any of these as well and if so, when? Can I take Vicodin for the pain? I have a few leftover from 6 months ago when I stopped taking them because I m trying to get off as many medications as possible.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
No pain killing medicine is safe, you are taking too much medicine and that could possibly inducing their side effects in your GI system as you are fear for analgesic, more or less all the pain killing pills have some side effects, if you do not have any indication for this then I would advise not to take this pills, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
