General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for writing to HCM

I would advice you to take small frequent diet. Do not skip meals. Add more fruits (avoid mango and grapes) and vegetables(avoid potatoes).
Avoid oil fried food.
Take soup or juice (without sugar) along with your meals. Eat less calorie and fibre rich food like broccoli, cucumber salad, oats, wheat roti or cornflakes.
Avoid "white"-cheese, icing, butter, cottage cheese, milkmaid, refined flour, mayonnaise.
Involve yourself in your interest of choice and be active. Divert your mind towards your work n hobby.

Regards
