Suggest Substitute Medicine For Dirofos Or Alternate Treatment

i have problems with my feet 2 years ago i had the same problem my doctor injected me with diprofos and i got much better recently i got the same problem , and i,m not finding the the dirofos in pharmacies , do you think that we replace by other medicals , or there is another way for treatement ? Thanks assaad

Vebalone inj 150 mg and idrofos inj 150 mg is available in the market. If not available you may alternative bisphosphonates like alendronate, etindronate etc.
