Hello, I asked why Joy Bauer, the famous dietician,does not list sugar contents on any of her recipes that she shares on line. She always talks about the dangers of too much sugar. I am 81 years old and I am very interested in not having to much sugar in my diet. Her newsletter referred me here. Thanks, YYYY@YYYY

Hello. You see there are a wide variety of sugars in our diet both natural and added. Avoid added sugars in any form primarily the crystalline form. Its harmful. Regards.
