Suggest Suitable Therapy For Depression And Anxiety

Hi

I am suffering from depression and anxiety and also have vit amin B12 defficiency (count is 239). Doc has advised me floxetine 20 + libotryp and lozapem 1mg. is this the right medicine. I am feeling better than before but during travelling in bus or train I start breathing with difficulty.

Pls advise
