Suggest Tests To Diagnose Ankylosing Spondylitis

I have having trouble with joint pain, flu like systems for over a year now. The doctor suspects ankylosing spondylitis, but x-rays, mri is only showing otesoartritise. My esr was 45, and c- retain is 21 now. I am on 2 meds for inflammation. Is there test that show more on autoimmune deceases?
