Suggest The Cause For Burning Pain During Diarrhea?

I recently went to Honduras where I contracted Diarea. I took lomodal and Immodium. It stopped before I left but when i returned to the states it started again, so I took Immodium and pepto, Now I have a burning pain at the top of my stomach, No diarrea though. What is causing the burning pain?

I really appreciate your concern, the burning pain that you have could be due to hyperacidity and it can be well managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day try to avoid the spicy and heavy meal, coffee, smoking, alcohol prior to bed and try to away from stress else it is nothing to worry and hope this information helps.
