Suggest The Dosage Of Keppra To Be Taken After A Seizure

I have a patient just brought to the emergency room who experienced a seizure while at work, and she is now alert and oriented. She has been prescribed Keppra for several years but has been only intermittently compliant with her medication. Her usual dose is 1500 mg twice daily but she has not taken any for the last three days because she says she has been too busy at work. Should she be given an oral dose of 1500 mg now or what would be the appropriate approach to loading in this circumstance?
