Hi,

Morphine doses can be increased, but this drug may not be used for respiratory depression patients or constipated patients or biliary stricture patients or head injury patients. So please consult your physician he will select dose and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu, Internal Medicine Specialist
