Suggest The Medication For Red Spots On My Midsection?
I have red spots only on my midsection...each side of my rib cage and some on my tummy and no where else on my body, it does not itch, I have no fever, or any other issues? thought it may have been from the heat , weather, never had anything like this in my 39 years of life...it's been a week now and still here...please help
Red spots on chest and abdomen are likely to be cherry angiomas, also called De Morgan spots. They are benign and remain harmless. And therefore they are kept untreated. The lesion is due to proliferation of capillaries in the skin. They may be without cause ..idiopathic or have some cause..like lipidemias, thyroid or other hormonal disorders, diabetes, liver diseases..etc..You consult dermatologist and have firm diagnosis. If the lesions are embarrassing, you may go for removal of the lesions by electrocautery under local anaesthesia. You may be alright. I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
